Welcome

Welcome to the SGA website! You can find information about SGA and the services we offer here! Please feel free to leave any comments or questions, as we are here to represent you!

The Student Government Association (SGA) is a student run organization whose primary goal is to advocate for your best interests and better your college experience. All of the members in SGA have been elected by and are here to represent you! The issues that we work with include all aspects of student life, ranging from academics to campus life.

The SGA represents the voice of the student body. It makes recommendations to the administration based on information we gather from students. Its members serve on student-faculty committees, approve new clubs, organizes large events such as the Welcome Back Party, and much more. Each senator is also assigned to committees in which they have a specific project aimed to improve student life. It is our duty to make positive changes to Trinity and represent the student body in front of faculty and the administration.

The SGA Senate is comprised five members representing each class, five additional Senators-At-Large representing the interests of the entire student body. The Executive Board consists of the President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Student Entertainment, Vice President of Multicultural Affairs. All of these members are considered part of the Senate. There is also a Budget Committee led by the VP of Finance that deals with allocations for all student organizations recognized by SGA. For a more details on the responsibilities of each officer, you may refer to the SGA Constitution (click here).

We encourage open dialogue between the students and their representatives. All suggestions and comments are welcomed. With your support and feedback, we will be able to best serve your interests and make a better Trinity College.

Sincerely,

Panida Pollawit
