I can see the value to offering 1-credit &lt;strong&gt;and&lt;/strong&gt; 0.5-credit courses, but I think we need keep 1-credit courses to make the experience worthwhile the inevitable cost. Plus, it&#039;s more than just classes. Community service campaigns, research projects, study abroad, and internships could not be completed in two weeks.</description>

But I don&#039;t think it should be a whole month long and the courses don&#039;t need to be a whole credit. There could be, for instance, 0.5 credit courses that run for just 2 weeks, etc....just ideas.
