Changes to the SGA’s Allocations Manual
At our last Budget Committee meeting, a new honorarium policy was unanimously voted into the SGA’s Allocations Manual. Changes will go into effect beginning next semester. Questions may be directed to the Vice President of Finance at Krystal.Ramirez@trincoll.edu.

Dear Krystal,
Thanks for the post!
I do have one question: what is our present “honorarium policy” and what is the new one?
Feel free to reply in this comments section.
Thank you,
Adam
There was no “present” honorarium policy. The new one is as follows:
The SGABC and EAC will not fund honoraria for Trinity faculty members, staff, and current students where the individual is the keynote speaker at an event, or the individual is a speaker at a conference involving several colleges. The SGABC will only allocate an honorarium up to funds already committed by the aggregation of other financial sources, exceeding no more than $1,000 per event. In anticipation for honorarium requests exceeding $1,000, in which similar funds, mutandis mutatis, have been raised, the SGABC may through a unanimous vote allocate honoraria which exceed $1,000.
