Dear Fellow Students,
We are looking to fill the following positions for ’13-’14 under the SGA:
■ SGA President (1 vacancy) (requirements: 2 semesters on SGA)
■ Executive Vice President (1 vacancy) (requirements: 2 semesters on SGA)
■ Vice President of Finance (1 vacancy) (requirements: 2 semesters on SGA + 2 semesters on Budget Committee)
■ Vice President of Entertainment (1 vacancy) (requirements: 2 semesters on EAC/Barnyard)
■ Vice President of Multicultural Affairs (1 vacancy) (requirements: 2 semesters on MAC)
■ Class of 2014 Senator (5 vacancies)
■ Class of 2015 Senator (5 vacancies)
■ Class of 2016 Senator (5 vacancies)
We are also looking to fill the following positions for ’13-’14 under Class Officer:
■ Class President (1 vacancy per class)
■ Class Vice President (1 vacancy per class)
■ Class Secretary (1 vacancy per class)
You will need to submit an Election Application to run for a position. The Application can be located under the Documents tab. Please make sure you collect the necessary number of signatures as detailed on the back page of the Application.
The deadline to submit the Election Application is April 5, 2013 at 3:00pm. All Applications are due at the Mather Hall Front Desk.
Anybody running for a position must attend a mandatory meeting on Friday, April 5 at 6:30PM – Mather Hall (2nd floor) Alumni Lounge.
Elections will be held for 24 hours, starting on April 9, 2013 at 12:00pm and ending on April 10, 2013 at 12:00pm. The results will be announced after the completion of the election.
The last days to request funding from the Budget Committee are April 1, 2013 and April 3, 2013.

As a member of the SGA, you will have the opportunity to work on a self-designed project towards the betterment of our college experience. The required commitment is to attend the Sunday SGA meetings at 6:30PM and at least one other meeting every week.
If you are interested in running for any of the listed positions above, please come on Sunday, February 3 at 1:30PM to the Alumni Lounge (Mather 2nd Floor). You will give a short presentation on why you want to join SGA and we may ask you questions about your goals as an SGA member.
