Last Week of Budget Requests

Dear Trinity College Student Body,

This week, Monday, March 29th 2010 will be the last day that the Budget Committee will be hearing requests to fund events for two reasons: First reason being that next week, we will be starting end of the year reviews of all clubs that have received more than $500 in operating budgets from the SGA. These reviews tend to be a very long, through, and tedious process so there will really be no time to hear budget requests. Secondly and perhaps most importantly, it appears that the Budget Committee will be running out of money after this week in any case. So, if you have last minute requests, please fill out the budget request form found under the Finance tab of this website and send them into budgetcommittee@yahoo.com ASAP. Common Hour Budget Presentation!

Hello Everyone!

If anyone wanted to know about other cool things happening during common hour on Thursday 18th, I will be giving a budget presentation of sorts in Terrace Room B. Intended for anyone who wants to start a club, existing clubs’ leaders who have questions about requesting money from Budget Committee, or for the fun of it. A light lunch will be provided.
